Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast the bones for 30 minutes.
2. Place roasted bones and all ingredients in a large pot. Add water.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 8-24 hours.
4. Strain the broth and discard solids. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for later use.
