Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef bones
  • 1 large Onion quartered
  • 2 medium Carrots chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper to taste
  • 10 cups Water

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast the bones for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Place roasted bones and all ingredients in a large pot. Add water.
  • 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 8-24 hours.
  • 4. Strain the broth and discard solids. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes:

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for later use.
