Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add cannellini beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
Add ditalini pasta, dried oregano, and dried basil. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
