Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cooked rice, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just add an extra 10 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
