Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, honey, garlic, and ginger.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the cornstarch mixture and whisk until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let cool. Use as a marinade or sauce.

This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
