Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • 1. Add egg, lemon juice, mustard, and salt to a blender.
  • 2. Blend on low speed until combined.
  • 3. Slowly add oil while blending until thickened.
  • 4. Store in a jar in the fridge.

Notes:

Use within a week.
