Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tomatoes sliced
  • 200 grams Mozzarella sliced
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.
  • 2. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving plate.
  • 3. Scatter fresh basil leaves over the top.
  • 4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Best served fresh.
