Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles with one egg. Mix well.
  • Divide the noodle mixture into four portions and shape each into a bun. Fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
  • Season the ground beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Form into two patties and cook in the pan to your desired doneness.
  • Assemble the burger by placing a beef patty between two ramen buns. Serve immediately.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings like lettuce, tomato, or cheese.
