Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.
2. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the grill pan.
4. Layer each slice with turkey, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing.
5. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
6. Grill the sandwiches until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to use your favorite type of cheese or add extra toppings like pickles.
