Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 Green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 Hoagie rolls

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • 4. Add the tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 5. Spoon the mixture into hoagie rolls and serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less peppers.
