Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin trimmed and sliced
  • 4 Sandwich buns
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Season the pork tenderloin slices with salt and black pepper.
  • 3. Cook the pork slices in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  • 4. Toast the sandwich buns lightly.
  • 5. Spread mayonnaise on the buns.
  • 6. Assemble the sandwich by layering lettuce, tomato, and cooked pork slices on the buns.
  • 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as pickles or onions.
