Ingredients:  

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Oregano dried
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for best results.
  • Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  • Grill or bake the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add some fresh herbs like parsley or dill to the marinade.
