Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
3. Cut the pressed tofu into cubes and add them to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
4. Spread the tofu cubes evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your taste.
