Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm or extra-firm, pressed
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  • 3. Cut the pressed tofu into cubes and add them to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  • 4. Spread the tofu cubes evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
  • 6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your taste.
