Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • Seltzer water to fill

Instructions: 

  • Pour the milk into a tall glass.
  • Add the chocolate syrup and stir well.
  • Slowly add seltzer water while stirring until the glass is full and a frothy head forms.

Notes:

For best results, use cold milk and seltzer water.
