Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly.
  • 3. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the brown sugar syrup and stir to coat. Let it simmer for a few more minutes.
  • 4. In a glass, add a few spoonfuls of the tapioca pearls and syrup. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour milk over the top.
  • 5. Stir well and enjoy your brown sugar bubble tea!

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar syrup.
