Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast sliced into strips
  • 12 oz Fettuccine Pasta
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • 3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • 4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • 5. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 6. Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta with the chicken and sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.

Notes:

For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
