Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ham steak
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
  • 2. Once the butter is melted, add the ham steak and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  • 3. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the ham steak, then add the Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar.
  • 4. Continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes, basting the ham with the sauce until it is well glazed.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For a thicker glaze, let the sauce reduce further before serving.
