Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Tuna steaks about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • 1. Pat the tuna steaks dry with paper towels.
  • 2. Rub both sides with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 4. Sear the tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • 5. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute before serving.

Notes:

For best results, use fresh tuna steaks.
