Ingredients:  

Brownie Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares.

Notes:

These brownies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
