Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add the vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares.
