Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add milk and vanilla extract, then whisk until smooth.
Pour melted butter into a baking dish. Pour the batter over the butter, but do not stir.
Arrange the drained peaches evenly over the batter. Again, do not stir.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
