Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Peaches in syrup drained
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add milk and vanilla extract, then whisk until smooth.
  • Pour melted butter into a baking dish. Pour the batter over the butter, but do not stir.
  • Arrange the drained peaches evenly over the batter. Again, do not stir.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
