Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Peaches, peeled and sliced fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a blender, puree the peaches until smooth.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peach puree, sugar, heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  • 3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • 4. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes:

For a chunkier texture, reserve some of the peach slices and stir them into the ice cream after churning.
