Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of apple mixture in the center of each square.
Fold pastry over filling to form a triangle and seal edges with a fork.
Brush tops with beaten egg.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes:
Best served warm. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
