Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 package Puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 large Egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
  • Place a spoonful of apple mixture in the center of each square.
  • Fold pastry over filling to form a triangle and seal edges with a fork.
  • Brush tops with beaten egg.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes:

Best served warm. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
