Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • 2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • 3. Add the diced ham, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Cook until the eggs start to set.
  • 5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs. Fold the omelet in half and cook until the cheese is melted.
  • 6. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies or meats to customize your omelet.
