Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk whole or 2%
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese evenly over the pie crust.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other ingredients like spinach or mushrooms for variety.
