Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, tilting to spread it thinly and evenly.
Cook until the edges start to brown and the top is set, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
Repeat with the remaining batter, serving the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes:
These pancakes are traditionally served with lingonberry jam and whipped cream.
