Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  • Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, tilting to spread it thinly and evenly.
  • Cook until the edges start to brown and the top is set, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter, serving the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

These pancakes are traditionally served with lingonberry jam and whipped cream.
