Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  • Layer the pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  • Roll the dough into a log and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
