Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
Layer the pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough into a log and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
