Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
Pour lime juice over the mixture and add salt and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
