Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 pcs Eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • 2. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
  • 3. Dip floured chicken into beaten eggs.
  • 4. Coat chicken with breadcrumbs.
  • 5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • 6. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • 7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes:

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
