Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes:

For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
