Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes with juice
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth

Instructions: 

  • 1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
  • 2. Stir to combine.
  • 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • 4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.

Notes:

Serve with your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, or avocado.
