Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff each green pepper with the beef mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
Bake for 40 minutes. If using cheese, sprinkle it on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite spices or vegetables to the stuffing mixture.
