Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Green bell peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 can Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese optional

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stuff each green pepper with the beef mixture.
  • Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 40 minutes. If using cheese, sprinkle it on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite spices or vegetables to the stuffing mixture.
