Ingredients:

  • 4 cups yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced yellow squash and chopped onion.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the squash is tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
