Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Potatoes cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the potato chunks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add some fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme.
