Instructions:
Place the corn on the cob in a microwave-safe dish.
Add 2 tablespoons of water to the dish.
Cover the dish with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the dish from the microwave. Let it sit for a minute.
Remove the cover and serve with butter and salt if desired.
Notes:
Be careful when removing the cover as steam will be hot.
