Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 ears Corn on the cob Husked
  • 1 tbsp Butter Optional
  • to taste Salt Optional

Instructions: 

  • Place the corn on the cob in a microwave-safe dish.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of water to the dish.
  • Cover the dish with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap.
  • Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the dish from the microwave. Let it sit for a minute.
  • Remove the cover and serve with butter and salt if desired.

Notes:

Be careful when removing the cover as steam will be hot.
