Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  • Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until the mixture is emulsified.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Shake well before each use if stored.
