Ingredients:  

Salad Ingredients

  • 4 pears, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1 bag mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the mixed salad greens, pears, Roquefort cheese, and walnuts to the bowl.
  • Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of honey on top.
