Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or olives. This salad can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
