Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill asparagus for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Remove from grill and let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine grilled asparagus, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts.
Serve over mixed greens.
Notes:
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
