Sesame seeds

Instructions:
Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
Slice the cucumber, carrot, and bell pepper into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
Toss the tofu and vegetables in the dressing.
Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes:
Best served fresh.
