Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  • Slice the cucumber, carrot, and bell pepper into thin strips.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
  • Toss the tofu and vegetables in the dressing.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Best served fresh.
