Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a large bowl, combine sour cream, dill, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Add cucumber slices and toss to coat.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Best served chilled.
