Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, crushed ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, and green onions.
In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, white vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes:
For extra crunch, add the ramen noodles just before serving.
