Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package coleslaw mix 14 oz
  • 2 packages ramen noodles crushed, discard seasoning
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, crushed ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, and green onions.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, white vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes:

For extra crunch, add the ramen noodles just before serving.
