Black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Form the ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
While the burgers are grilling, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty during the last minute of grilling to melt.
Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the toasted buns and topping with grilled mushrooms.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can add caramelized onions or a garlic aioli.
