Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Cuban bread
  • 8 slices Roast pork
  • 8 slices Ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Pickles sliced
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Butter softened

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat the panini press.
  • 2. Slice the Cuban bread in half lengthwise.
  • 3. Spread mustard on both halves of the bread.
  • 4. Layer the roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles on the bottom half of the bread.
  • 5. Place the top half of the bread over the layers.
  • 6. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich.
  • 7. Grill the sandwich in the panini press until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 5-7 minutes.
  • 8. Slice the sandwich into portions and serve hot.

Notes:

For an authentic touch, use Cuban bread. If unavailable, substitute with French or Italian bread.
