Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp, chili powder, and cumin. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 5 minutes.
  • 2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  • 3. Assemble the burritos: Place a portion of shrimp, rice, black beans, salsa, lettuce, and cheese in the center of each tortilla. Fold the sides over the filling and roll up tightly.
  • 4. Serve immediately.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like avocado, sour cream, or hot sauce.
