Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy grits, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into patties.
3. Dredge each patty in flour, shaking off excess.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry patties until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
6. Serve hot on buns with your favorite toppings.
