black beans, drained and rinsed

bread crumbs

grated carrot

finely chopped onion

garlic, minced

chili powder

for cooking
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, pulse the black beans until mostly smooth.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the black beans, bread crumbs, grated carrot, chopped onion, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and egg. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
