plain yogurt with active cultures
Instructions:
Pour milk into Instant Pot and close the lid.
Press the "Yogurt" button and adjust to "Boil."
Once boiling is complete, let the milk cool to 110°F.
Whisk in the plain yogurt.
Close the lid and press the "Yogurt" button, set for 8 hours.
After 8 hours, transfer to containers and refrigerate.
Notes:
For thicker yogurt, strain through a cheesecloth after refrigerating.
