Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 gallon whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt with active cultures

Instructions: 

  • Pour milk into Instant Pot and close the lid.
  • Press the "Yogurt" button and adjust to "Boil."
  • Once boiling is complete, let the milk cool to 110°F.
  • Whisk in the plain yogurt.
  • Close the lid and press the "Yogurt" button, set for 8 hours.
  • After 8 hours, transfer to containers and refrigerate.

Notes:

For thicker yogurt, strain through a cheesecloth after refrigerating.
