Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 bags black tea
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  • 2. Add tea bags and spices. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Stir in milk and sugar. Heat until warm.
  • 4. Strain into mugs and serve hot.

Notes:

Adjust the amount of sugar to taste. You can also use honey or a sugar substitute.
