Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Halibut about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 lemon Lemon cut into wedges

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the halibut fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes:

Make sure to oil the grill grates to prevent the fish from sticking.
