Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 racks pork ribs about 4 pounds
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • 2. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  • 4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  • 5. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
  • 6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, let the ribs marinate in the spice rub overnight in the fridge.
