Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks and half of the brown sugar. Spread this mixture evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the pineapple.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pineapple is bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
