Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks and half of the brown sugar. Spread this mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the pineapple.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pineapple is bubbly.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This pineapple crisp is best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
